It's Saturday morning and my wife has a simple question. "Can she take X medicine at 9 weeks?" The answers we get range from that particular doctor is fully booked today to nobody's in the office right now to all questions have to be placed through the portal to. I've marked your question as urgent, but I can't do anything else. The amount of red tape I need to go through to get an answer out of them is ridiculous. There is someone standing less than 50 ft from her who can answer our question and they are not willing to help... read more
