This office is refusing to post my lab results under the patient’s portal. I already sent the release form and they want to force me to make an appointment and pay for the doctor to read the results to me. This is a HIPAA violation!!! Unfortunately, everything is about money!
Kaitlyn is amazing. She’s caring, patient, and really listens. I never felt like I was just something she had to check off on a list. She cares about her patients. She listened to my concerns. She gave advice, she offered constructive feedback and ideas, and she shows a great deal of empathy. Seeing Kaitlyn and Dr. Feld is always a pleasure ! They make this uncomfortable visit quick and easy while still talking to you as a friend. Love them and will continue going to see them.
