Everyone at the office was very accommodating and very nice, and Dr. Sanchez-Pena was amazing.

Today I came for an appointment with my doctor, whom I've been seeing for 8 years, and a receptionist who greeted us treated my mother and me very badly. We are both patients at this clinic. For a women’s center how you don’t allow kids? With their MOTHERS? Literally requested the day off. I was calling in the morning. I got hung up on the first time. The second time I called they answered I was not told nothing about visitors. What if you don’t have no one to stay with your child how are you supposed to make an appointment never coming back absolute zero stars if I could!!!
I had such a great experience during my visit. Sira at checkout was absolutely amazing—she was so kind, welcoming, and professional, and truly made my day so much better after having my annual exam. Her positive attitude and warmth really stood out. I also want to recognize Batul for taking the time to explain everything so clearly and thoroughly. She made me feel comfortable, informed, and at ease throughout the process.
