I arrived a little ealry and was seen right away. The speed of my appointment to do mamo, annual exam and labs was excellent. They were detailed oriented and adressed all my concerns. My only suggestion would be to make the check in more private. All patients are right next to each other addressing different concerns.
I was on hold for over 30 minutes listening to opera music (unbearable, even with the volume turned down), and no one ever answered. I took it as a sign from the universe and decided to look elsewhere.
