Excellent staff, friendy and full of information.
My ultrasound at the Women’s Image Centre today was extremely upsetting. Patients who attend breast imaging are often dealing with stressful and sensitive health concerns, and empathy should be a basic expectation. I came here on my specialist’s recommendation, trusting that this centre would provide expert and supportive care. Instead, the sonographer was blunt, unresponsive, and showed no compassion. Easy to find. Great parking, and lovely facility. Cheerful staff. Helpful, compassionate, and thoughtful. Overall, a very seamless and pleasant experience. I have been going to Women’s Imaging for over 25 years, and would not go anywhere else. The staff are always great.
