The staff here is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. From the front desk to the nurses and medical assistants in the back, my experiences have always been wonderful, with practically no wait time. Dr. Mercer is a kind person with a pleasant bedside manner, which adds to the overall positive experience.
I needed to change my appointment from tomorrow to today and the change was made with no problems. I received excellent services from the person who took my call, the front staff and the doctor.
The ladies there are so nice and very helpful. Makes things more comfortable for the patient. And the Dr was even more helpful and answered all my questions
