I’ve been going to the women’s health pavilion since I was 18 I’m now 10+ year older than that. They’ve always had terrible billing where they bill me for things I already paid and will then apply it to tests that weren’t even done. I’ve been extremely patient with them thru the years but I’ve had enough when I asked for an appointment today and they declined due to a balance that I’m not even sure I actually owe because again their billing is TERRIBLE. My doctor, Frances Anderson, was so caring and informative. I have not experienced that type of concern during a well visit before. She made me feel seen, understood, and cared for.
