Been trying to get a pre authorization for a medication prescribed for a couple weeks now for wife. Called 19 times today so far with no luck speaking to a person. She’s spoken to the triage nurse when the deign to call her back. They act like they don’t know what a pre authorization for insurance is or how to do one.
