I love these people. I have known Dana and Dr Lee over 16 years and being high risk and numerous surgeries these people have always went above and beyond to help me. If you want a great dr and team behind you I highly recommend Dr Lee. I have spoken to others about how great his nurses are and how I really am thankful they were my people especially when I was pregnant because other people I know with my high risk condition weren’t able to carry their own baby to term. Awesome Service Excellent Doctors Dr. Dawn Pennebaker is the best GYN She has been my gyn for 20 years. I would recommend her highly!!!
All of the staff is very kind and helpful.
I don't know if it was my Dr, Ms. Jackson, or if it was the clinic but I had a 10 o'clock appointment and at 10:40 asked why I hadn't been called yet just to be told that there was still two people ahead of me and wasn't even offered an apology. In my opinion that is very unprofessional. I made an appointment for a reason, I shouldn't have to wait all day for a 15minute visit when I have other important things to do. Very unhappy. Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I'm very unhappy with my visit.
