Best training facility in the area. Offers Ninja, Spartan OCR, functional, and weight training. They are well known at Spartan races since most podiums are wolfsden members. Very kid friendly. The kids do great and excel in this gym.

This gym is absolutely amazing! Myself and my girls ages 7 and 4 joined The Wolf Den back at the end of September it has been the most amazing experience for us and the trainers are so amazing with the kids and are very motivating. I have never had a work out like I get at The Wolf Den ever in my life so I’m super out of shape, but let me tell you they really do help you push through they motivate you and they ever make you feel like you have been a part of the group forever. Obstacle course heaven for all ages, with tons of options on pricing and just a great group of people! Would highly recommend!
