I have tried to contact this company several times regarding illegal behavior of one of their employees, Monica Unger. Her Illicit behavior was documented in Denver District Court. They have not returned any of my calls or emails. This company is as shady as their employees, and I would not recommend doing any business with them.
Two words why no one should use this company Dornan McGuire. She is rude to everyone who works there, says she is for the team, but is pro company not pro team and definitely not pro customer. I have never seen someone who is as entitled and self important as Dornan. If this is who Wolff want to have represent their company, everyone should not choose Wolff. Their advertising sets certain expectations of excellence... extremely disappointed. "Best-in-class" services...Funny. What class, I wonder?
They never answer the phone at this corporate office. Call and email with no response. We also rent from the Pinevalley Ranch Apartments in Spokane Valley Wa and are now being asked to leave without reason after almost 5 yrs. Called the regional manager since Keith is no longer with the company and he says because it’s not a good fit anymore. That’s not a reason to not renew our lease.
