1st time me and my husband visited off a food critics review who gave a 10/10. The food did not disappoint. The food tasted really fresh which I loved and the service was really friendly and welcoming. This is now one of our new favorite places
We were at the hospital nearby and needed a place that had hot fresh food with great portions. This place was exactly that. I called ahead to ask if they could accommodate 9 people, one of who has mobility issues and as we were pulling up they were finishing up combining tables and were very attentive. 10/10 service, food, and staff
I witnessed a very uncomfortable customer service interaction at this restaurant. I was sitting inside the restaurant when another customer came back in because her order had been made incorrectly. From what I personally witnessed, she was not yelling, threatening anyone, or behaving disrespectfully. She was simply trying to address the fact that her order was wrong. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Wok. I have supported this restaurant many times, spent a lot of my hard-earned money here, and have even recommended this business to my coworkers and colleagues because the food is good. However, after the way I was treated today, I will no longer support or recommend this establishment. I ordered half rice and half chow mein, but my order was prepared incorrectly with all rice. I read the reviews they had a good review. Today we ordered chow Mae to go the food was terrible to salty , the noodles taste old. if I’m close to the place I’m going return it. Safeway chow Mae is way better
