I had a really bad experience at The Wizards Duel. My friends and I were super excited to attend the One Piece event on Saturday. We pre-registered for this event the day registration opened, December 26th. When we walked into the store and said we were there for the event, the owner responded with “for what?” in a very rude tone, immediately making us feel unwelcome. The employees James and John are extremely rude and unprofessional. Every experience that I’ve been told by others with this shop has been negative, but I decided not to listen and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I registered and entered an event being hosted at The Wizards Duel . This is one of my favorite hobby stores! James and John prioritize their players above all else, ensuring that games are conducted in a healthy and proper manner. It’s crucial for everyone to adhere to their rules and make advance reservations.
Best card shop in the area the owners are awesome to talk to and the vibes are always great its a small shop but its always brimming with energy and ppl best place to go for tournaments and best place to go when new stuff drops cant recommend this store enough honestly I'd give em 10 stars if I could.
