This company has the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. If you are looking to buy from this company DON'T do IT!!!!!!! 05/27/2026 I am adding to this review because I just now received a response for my intial review which was placed about a month ago! This is what I mean about the bad Customer Service. It's par for the course to be put on hold for hours when we call for service. The response doesn't even tell us who to ask for when calling back. This is not how you run a company.
As an established operator running a route of over 28 machines, I used to think this company was pretty good to deal with. However, expanding into their frozen equipment has revealed their true character, and the experience has been a disaster. I bought a brand new unit, and the cooling system completely failed within 30 days. It took over a full month of waiting just to get a technician dispatched. I purchased a Sams Club combo machine. It had a small issue . I worked with Scott and he was quick to address the issue and get it resolved. Overall very happy with the quality of the machine.
