This company is amazing. I do have to say it does take forever to get someone on the phone. My usual wait times average 40 to 80 mins. If they could help that at all it would be so much better but im assuming its because they have so much on the market, that they are always helping people! Colin helped me out the other day and was very nice. I believe he was the tier 2 tech there. Fixed my problem and made my day. Thanks guys! .
This company has the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. If you are looking to buy from this company DON'T do IT!!!!!!! 05/27/2026 I am adding to this review because I just now received a response for my intial review which was placed about a month ago! This is what I mean about the bad Customer Service. It's par for the course to be put on hold for hours when we call for service. The response doesn't even tell us who to ask for when calling back. This is not how you run a company.
As an established operator running a route of over 28 machines, I used to think this company was pretty good to deal with. However, expanding into their frozen equipment has revealed their true character, and the experience has been a disaster. I purchased a Sams Club combo machine. It had a small issue . I worked with Scott and he was quick to address the issue and get it resolved. Overall very happy with the quality of the machine.
