Carl and his team are a fantastic firm to work with. He took the time to explain everything that was asked of me to submit to make sure we had a successful case. Also, a few days before our court date he took the time to prep me on what was expected of me to do and say. Carl gave me suggestions of how I could save fees by doing some things myself and different ways of correspondence. Carl was very supportive and put my nerves at ease. Because of Carl and his team my case was won above and beyond expectations!!

Honestly one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to only in phone conversations. The biggest issue was a call he placed while I was in the gym, so as I ran to get to a quiet place to hear and answer him about my case he lost his temper and patience in the most unprofessional manor. Truly I would’ve loved to have someone whom was in his position be able to understand a phone issue when placing an unscheduled call. I would never recommend his services.
