I have lived here for almost two years and have truly had a wonderful experience. Donato, in particular, has been such a joy to know and is one of my favorite concierges on the team. Staff are nice and amenities are great. My only concern is that the smell of the scentair in the lobby and amenity areas especially in the gym are so strong sometimes it gives me headaches. I tried emailing them but nothing changed. It’s literally vaporized chemical… why would I want to inhale that while working out?
This is a beautiful community in a prime location, so convenient to nearby shops and dining. I’m truly grateful for Alex—she was incredibly warm and welcoming and made the entire experience enjoyable. She went above and beyond to help me confidently narrow down my top two choices.
This review is for the leasing office. I needed to move in within an extremely tight deadline and Alexandra made it happen. She was very responsive and great to work with. It really helped make my move go smoothly which I very much appreciated. I rarely leave reviews but a good review was well deserved in this case!
