I would not recommend renting here based on my experience attempting to inquire about unit availability. I called three separate times seeking basic information about available units. During my first call, the leasing office representative refused to provide any information regarding availability and placed me on hold, stating that she would return to the call. Whitmer was fantastic, but now it’s under new management, and it’s nothing like it was before The Point took over. The concierge is no longer very friendly, and the front entrance seems dirty. And don’t even get me started on some of the amenities that are no longer available. I’m disappointed and wish I had known this before I signed my lease.
NO REVIEW BEFORE AUG 15, 2026 APPLIES. It was the Witmer before then managed by Bozzuto and it was a 4.9 kind of place. The Point at National Landing might be the same, but it is way way premature to say anything good or bad.
The facilities here are excellent, the rooftop view is beautiful, and it's conveniently located near malls and supermarkets, with a great geographical position.
