Bjorn McGillon is one of the most talented A/V techs I’ve ever met in my world travels. Bjorn and his team completed all of the A/V requirements for our 7,500 sq foot home which includes 8 televisions that are exposed by rolling up/down paintings, pop out of furniture, the works. He connected our gate system, camera system, wifi routing and extension switches,, and an all over Sonos system. Avoid at all costs; this is a small, unorganized company who is a sub contractor for a much larger fiber provider. They cannot do anything when the service goes down, and it goes down a lot. I was told when I called due to yet another outage "to google to see how complicated fiber is". Service has been down for over 18 hours 4 times in 2020 and twice in the last 45 days. No credits have been issued and I've had to pay out of pocket every time to get a hot spot through my wireless provider.
