They were great on service and timing of the appointment. Great price and friendly staff.
I spoke with George over the phone and he spent a lot of time explaining the issues of my questions about knob and tube wiring! I would have definitely hired him if he worked in the city of Wilmington. He was very kind and knowledgeable and gave me another alternative solution which I have never thought of. Very, very pleased!! George promptly returned my message, scheduled me within two days, Aaron called with an ETA, showed up on time, very courteous introduction, did exceptional work, went above and beyond to troubleshoot, and thoroughly cleaned up when finished.
