Clean room, great location an incredible Hospitality by all staff
I booked this property for a visiting guest and the experience was extremely disappointing. The property appeared poorly managed, especially overnight, with no visible staff presence. Guests were freely moving between adjacent properties late at night, including unsupervised minors and intoxicated young adults, resulting in screaming, banging on doors, and constant disturbances. Excellent place to stay. The staff was attentive and polite, close to shops and the beach. I really appreciated the late check-out with my later flight. The pool, hottub and grounds were beautiful, absolutely staying here again. Room was immaculate with plenty of towels and privacy. Thank you!
First off we had to get a room away from our party. Which was wierd since they said we were by eachother. The toilet water is green after being flushed. The beds made us terribly itchy and the sheets had stains on them. Then when we asked them to change them we noticed they more so shook them out as the stains were still there. What a disaster this hotel turned out to be. From the added fees to the dirty rooms. Nothing seems as advertised. T.Vs with no remote. Nobody at the front desk when you need to see them. The deadbolt didn't lock. Bed sheet was sized completely wrong. I was charged an additional 10.00 per night to park my car there. I guess that most customers just walk to Ft Lauderdale?
