I called his office to obtain a consultation regarding a legal matter. Immediately after returning my call, this attorney began communication by shouting and yelling over the phone at me! He seemed like he took personal offense to the matter I was inquiring about? He was rude and very unprofessional. He was rapidly firing questions at me as if I was on trial. If you’re lucky enough to get Shawn Winterich to represent you, you should hi-five yourself. He’s the smartest attorney I’ve had (I’ve had 22, I should know). He uses his Mensa magnitude brain (cum laude) to approach your case with the stealth of a private investigator. He investigates every angle to piece together your “moving parts”. He was realistic and didn't make promises he couldn't keep; he did the best he could despite a complicated situation that fortunately resulted in a favorable outcome.
