Working out at the Winter Park train station with my trainer Aidan Insua, has really been a life-changing event for me. I can’t say enough about this place! I have been strength training most of my life. I’m older now but truly believe if you have the right trainer age is just a number! Aiden listened to my goals, encourages me every workout, helps with nutrition. He believes I can reach my goals and I believe, with him as my trainer I can!
