You think by getting a day pass you would be treated like a guest at 70 dollars a piece but asked for a towel for my granddaughter and they said no they are just for our hotel guests so I had to go buy her one for 27 dollars from the gift shop I think for the amount we paid to get that we ate the guest won't go bsck
Extremely comfortable and the staff were polite and respectful and pleasant...Would recommend this hotel to everyone....
I felt like I was staying at the Hilton or Hyatt! Rooms were well decorated and spacious. The bed was squeaky but still comfortable. I normally don’t use hotel shampoo or conditioner but theirs did wonders for my hair. The star of the show was their complimentary breakfast. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Great value for the room and a meal. Can’t wait to go back.
Overall the stay at this hotel was pretty good. Everything about the hotel is great and really don't have a gripe other than having to call down to the front desk to get a plunger for the bathroom. If you had those in the bathrooms it might actually help reduce time spent at front desk. The rooms are very spacious and if you have kids they have rooms with bunk beds.
