Let me start by saying the leasing office staff and maintenance team members are nice and accommodating. Scott and the team are very responsive. Despite their efforts, the building struggles to maintain cleanliness in the common areas including the gym, residential hallways, and elevators. It's disappointing. I attempted to apply to this place, after being ghosted many times during the process, they also sent a $385 “move out fee” when I disputed the application fee with my bank. the property management GREYSTAR is still requesting payment to this day. Although I NEVER resided at this property nor signed a lease.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but living at The Winnifred has been beyond frustrating as of recently. Rent was not posted on time, and trying to get in touch with anyone is nearly impossible. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and when we physically go into the leasing office—no one is ever there. The trash situation is disgusting. Sadly this is the current situation in the hallways at the Winnifred since almost 2 weeks. It’s terrible & unhealthy to live in this conditions specially at a “luxurious” apartment complex. All floors are overflowing with trash, it’s disgusting. I have never experienced something like this in my life. I would not wish this living conditions on anybody!
