I have lived here for eight months now and absolutely love the complex. The area is great, and the maintenance team is always on top of things, maintaining a positive attitude that is hard to find in apartment complexes. I recently had a maintenance issue, and the team went above and beyond to ensure it was completely resolved and that I was satisfied.

UPDATE: They've now sent debt collectors after me and my father (who did not complete the guarantor form mind you). It has been almost a year of dealing with this ongoing saga. It has been truly distressing. I attempted to apply to this place, after being ghosted many times during the process, they also sent a $385 “move out fee” when I disputed the application fee with my bank. the property management GREYSTAR is still requesting payment to this day. Although I NEVER resided at this property nor signed a lease.

Let me start by saying the leasing office staff and maintenance team members are nice and accommodating. Scott and the team are very responsive. Despite their efforts, the building struggles to maintain cleanliness in the common areas including the gym, residential hallways, and elevators. It's disappointing. In addition, the location is very convenient, but the area is EXTREMELY noisy due to the popularity of the surrounding commercial businesses.
