The "therapy" offered here could be more accurately described as some sort of generic, vague life coaching or similar. The "therapists" are condescending and extremely inconsistent, frequently contradicting the material they're supposedly using. They also love to say that their treatment is suitable for a wide variety of people with a wide variety of problems, but that's definitely not the case in practise - this "complex needs" service really only caters to a rather narrow selection of needs. Nice staff and a friendly environment. The only downside is long waiting periods.
