I ordered 2 wine racks the first week of January. They have not communicated anything at all. I received 2 shipments of partial material for 1 rack, emailed several times and no avail. Be careful!!!!!!!!
After looking at a variety of wine racks from a host of companies all over the internet, I decided on one from The Wine Rack Shop, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I asked for a 72" high rack in the antique slate finish, made a little wider than standard to fit across a basement sidewall closet. The rack is very straight forward to assemble. My wife and I purchased the 60 bottle wine rack with the matte black color. The trucking company damaged the first one so we had to send it back to be repaired. Matt did a fantastic job getting us our 2nd one in a timely manner. We finally got it and in just 3 hours and one bottle of wine we have our beautiful wine rack.
