This hotel is NOT fully accessible. I drove with my 86 year old mother from Toronto for a one night stay. Upon arrival, she couldn't access her room on the 2nd floor due to steep stairs to some of their rooms. We couldn't have known this before the cancellation deadline. I had to find another hotel 20 minutes away and rush to get back to Stratford for showtime at the theatre. The hotel would not refund the room fee and didn't even offer a complimentary room at a future date in an accessible room or on another floor. This was... read more
Pros: Central to downtown Stratford. Walkable everywhere. Clean room, bar fridge, coffee maker, smart TV, WiFi included. Cons: Very VERY small room. Bathroom was so small could barely walk between the sink and toilet to get to the shower. Missing shower gel/bodywash in the spot that it was labeled for. Parking was $20 night. Not noted when you reserved the room, but in the 2nd check in email after it was paid for. (It was full for the night by the time we inquired). Had to park 4 blocks away at the lot they recommended. We had a great stay here ! I don't agree with any of the negative reviews posted . We stayed in Room 308 . We had a gorgeous spotless king room with modern wood furniture. There was a kettle and a Nespresso machine. There were wine glasses , glasses and cups and saucers .(We stayed at Ceasers Windsor last week and all they had were plastic and paper cups) . Under renovation - no breakfast not much service do not recommend.
SCAM. Charged me for two nights I never booked. I asked to have the charges reversed multiple times before, during, and after my stay and checkout. A week after checkout, despite multiple calls and emails - and I still have not been refunded. BUYER BEWARE.
