Absolutely amazing location. If 4.5 was an option thats what I would have gone with, my only complaint was the bathroom. While very clean they are a little on the tight side, as a bigger guy it was tight but definitely usable and functional. Know its an older building so I found it comical that if you run the hot water at the sink you get hot water in the shower sooner. Over all a very pleasant experience.

Here’s what we didn’t like. Soap dispensers were hard to use as well as the basin faucet We stayed in the junior suite but there was no kitchenette so no microwave . Coffee machine was Nespresso so ok if you like that kind. Self closing fire doors in the hallway were very loud ( they slammed closed) . Elevator was out of order . Had to pay $ 20 plus hst for parking per day. Otherwise, The location and service was very good . Chair, love seat and bed very comfortable.

This hotel wae a very great experience while adventuring to Stratford. The rooms were extremely nice with an old school feel. The beds were neatly made, and the decor was great. The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. With great service. The location was good overall, with many shops and walking arenas. However, the parking sparked a small issue, we got over it quickly.
