We love the Windsor. They are making so many positive changes! We are very excited to see what the New Year will bring!
Sadly, The Windsor has really gone down hill. The food has been terrible for the past year +, management has no clue how to manage and the poor residents can only continue to go on with their lives. Those working in the dining room are only there when residents don't require other services. They serve the food cold, cannot get an order correct and management won't do a thing about it. I moved to Lionwood on May 31, 2016. I have experienced nothing but heaven on earth! I am most excited about the three meals a day, housekeeping, and all bills being paid. The staff has been exceptionally helpful, compassionate, and caring. On a scale of 1-10, I rate them "10". I have been telling all of my family and friends about Lionwood. Gorgeous community in a great location. Love the huge movie theater and the privacy of trees all around it. I am frequently at The Windsor and the staff is always friendly and the residents seem happy.
Legends Senior Living does not care about the safety of its residents only their bank account sizes. The food is horrible, the management staff is rude and unapproachable, the maintenance is a joke with work orders having a standing six month wait on what the employs refer to as "the list", and the activities for the residence consist of dominoes and watching television. Beautiful facility with good food. Very lovely place for healthy and able-bodied adults. Not as good for those with difficulties.
My aunt lives at The Windsor and she loves it. Our family is very pleased and highly recommend this wonderful community.
Business office is run by totally incompetent amateurs.All need to be let go and sent back to School.The Director also needs to go unless it has already happened since she condones what goes on in the facility
Wonderful warm and caring inviroment. Many of the staff have been there for years and I can tell they genuinely care about the folks that live there. It's as close to living with family as you can get in an assisted living.
