Very nice staff and people.
I am beyond thankful for The Windsor at Ortega for having a place for my mother. I feel comfortable that we choose the right home for my Mother and that she is safe and taken care of! Special thanks to everyone from Jennifer, Lisa, Fredrick, and everyone at the facility for their amazing care of my Mom.
They've done it again! Had a wonderful charcuterie event this week with examples of different ways to lay out a charcuterie board and all kinds of crackers, cheeses, meats, and specialty items to use to make it. Well done, Windsor staff!
Wanted to give a loud shout out to this facility. I moved my husband to this facility in April after being in another facility. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful in helping me with the transition. My husband has Alzheimer’s that was progressing quickly. Jennifer “held my hand” as I had to make life changing decisions. In May, she helped me make the decision to place him in hospice care. He died while in hospice. I could not have made all the decisions without the help of Jennifer and wonderful staff! Kudos to everyone!!
