They've done it again! Had a wonderful charcuterie event this week with examples of different ways to lay out a charcuterie board and all kinds of crackers, cheeses, meats, and specialty items to use to make it. Well done, Windsor staff!
Wanted to give a loud shout out to this facility. I moved my husband to this facility in April after being in another facility. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful in helping me with the transition. My husband has Alzheimer’s that was progressing quickly. Jennifer “held my hand” as I had to make life changing decisions. In May, she helped me make the decision to place him in hospice care. He died while in hospice. I could not have made all the decisions without the help of Jennifer and wonderful staff! Kudos to everyone!!
I moved my dad to The Windsor at Ortega about 6 weeks ago after two years at another facility, and I truly wish I had made the change sooner. The difference has been night and day. The smaller, more intimate environment (less than 18 residents) means my dad gets the personalized attention he deserves. The staff is incredible—caring, attentive, and proactive. The lady who answer the phone is very rude and unprofessional she does not need to answer the phones at all!
Kristin, Frederick and their team at the Windsor do a fantastic job creating a warm friendly environment for their residents and guests. The building is kept in great condition, the food is fantastic and they have a very caring staff.
