Great location, we had to leave early due to a family emergency and manager was so helpful with cancellation and we are so appreciative.
The hotel manager was very accommodating and understanding. The rooms are clean and tidy.
Unfortunately the worst place I have ever stayed .. As a seasoned traveller I have had the opportunity to stay in some amazing places & have had to stay in several over the last few years around the Brisbane area for my partner’s medical appointments . Asking for an early check in due to hospital admission I didn’t think would be an issue but on arrival 12:00 the room wasn’t yet attended to … no problem left our bags & went off to hospital allowing time to have room attended I went shopping .. on arrival back @ 1:55 the room... read more
