As stranded travelers at Brisbane Airport, we found not just accommodation here, but a true oasis of hospitality. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and ideal for an unexpected overnight stay. The kindness of the entire team—especially the manager, Steve—is remarkable. The proximity to the airport is a big advantage, but it’s the warm and inviting atmosphere that makes this stay unforgettable. Absolutely recommended
Terrible experience. Had to stay overnight as it was what airline offered me for cancelled flight. Lots of noise from busy street next to hotel, Internet kept getting disconnected and had to contact management several times via what’s app and waiting a while each time getting disconnected and several other issues while stayed overnight. Would never go back to this place
I must say this place is underrated, Icham and Jenna handled my friends and I rooms very effectively. Bear in mind they had to provide for a full cancelled flight. Very great hospitality!!!
I had an awful experience here. I stayed here with my three girls while my husband was ill in hospital. On two occasions, staff allowed themselves into my room. On the first occasion, it was a young guy coming in to make up the couch - this was an hour after check in. He did not knock and walked straight in past myself and teenage daughters and made up the couch and left again. Booked over phone an asked for a room with 2 beds once we arrived an did all the check in procedures an all the codes an what not just to get to the room walk in an there’s only one bed called the staff to see what they could do an they pretty much just said that we have to figure it out ourselves then offered us to upgrade rooms which was a ridiculous price an out of budget then they said well that’s up to you to sort the problem then proceed to offer us another blanket an pillow definitely wouldn’t recommend to stay here r... read more
