Windows were quality built to specifications needed for replacements in our home. Great value for a fair price. Danny and Blake were meticulous and detail oriented in the installation of our windows, their experience made the install process worry free. We would recommend Windows Source of the Tri-Cities and Danny and Blake to anyone needing to replace windows in your home or business.
Shawn and Trenton were our inspiration experts. They were on time and explained everything they were going to do plus very clean. Finished with work and cleaned up. Windows look great very smooth job no trouble. Thank you Window source excellent windows and install.

I placed a order for 13 double hung replacement windows with a full screen. They called and scheduled a 2 day installation. On arrival the windows did not have a full screen. I contacted the company who referred me to my salesman. He denied me requesting a double hung window with a full screen. I insisted on a full screen and was charged another $338 for the screens. The two day installation turned into five days and I had to insist they replace the original installer. This was the second house I had bought the same windows ... read more
