Great sales customer service. Cy explained everything in GREAT detail, even showed us samples of how the windows are manufactured. He listened to our concerns about installation and assured us the work would leave us with totally finished work, no "fixing" sills or framing for us! Cy worked within our budget. Very poor quality windows and terrible customer service. They will lie to get your business and for the price you will pay for the windows, it's simply not worth it. The salesman/owner, Cye will tell you what you want to hear and is very skilled at knowing what that is. His staff is horrible at customer service. Rhonda, the office manager is quick to tell you as fact, things which were said that she has no knowledge of (you know someone like this I'm sure). In my mind, that makes her a liar.
