They were wonderful, kind and explained what they were doing. Would highly recommend.
We had "Katrina" windows and doors and desperately needed new ones! Cye and Rhonda have been wonderful! They answered all our questions and stayed in touch. And delivered as promised! Our installers, Keith and Kim Weeks were very professional and friendly. Kept everything clean along the way. Keith would explain everything if they hit a snag and fixed it properly. Showed up on time. Worked straight through to completion. Were very pleasant. And cleaned up everything. 100% recommend!
ngl the window in my bedroom used to let in so much road noise that I kept a fan running year round just to drown it out. since the new window went in I don't need the fan anymore. that was not something I had even mentioned as a reason for replacing it. just a bonus i didn't expect
We had 16 windows replaced last spring and from the first call to the final cleanup the whole thing ran exactly as described. The crew was at our house when they said they'd be, moved through the rooms systematically, and there was no mess for us to deal with afterward. My husband walked through with the crew lead at the end and everything was exactly what we'd agreed on.
