These guys made my experience so easy. I had a neighbor that referred me to them after having a bunch of other companies out that were priced extremely high.
Easy to talk to. Great work. Very responsive to any questions or issues. Friendly and on time
Worked with both Ben and Tom at the Window Source. Both were EASILY the most professional of any of the companies that we had to come out. Unfortunately that all stopped once they had our money. Virtually all promises they made fell through, they have not stood by their word, and my wife and I thoroughly regret working with them. Very professional, informative, accommodating to our schedules. Showed us a variety of options. Never felt pressured.
Horrible customer service. I signed a contract on 10/30/18 and the project is still not done 2/20/19. They sent the wrong windows. The salesman who said this would be a 3-5 week project has left the company. The project manager has left the company. Repeated phone messages have not been returned. Promises not kept. The company charged me for scaffolding, but when an installer showed (with the wrong windows) he was going to walk on my tile roof without a scaffold. Stay away from this company.
They were prompt on getting back to me, polite, and they were 10 times more professional and prepared with getting the job done which is why I went with them!
