Very disappointed. I called them to give me an estimate on my windows. Guy came out I told him I was dealing with FEMA. He said no problem dealt with insurance companies before. I started calling him back to discuss the process he never answered the phone or gave a call back. Spoke with the receptionist No return call Very unprofessional
These windows exceeded my expectations by a 1000! I was sold on the windows because of Weston's knowledge of the product, and understanding my needs. He was able to reduce the options to a few that fit all my needs. I now have 2 huge picture windows looking into my pasture where I used to have 4 windows with grids. The change in that view alone is unbelievable. But it is that way throughout my entire house.
