Terry and Tiffany with The Window Source have done an amazing job of communicating manufacturing delays and other information to us throughout the process. They did a huge favor for us by making a separate trip to our home to install a shower window so that our shower renovation was not delayed for months. Had a window replacement. They came and ruined the inside of the window as well as having a very bad installation job. Outside wasn’t matched and the window itself wasn’t right. The workers made a complete mess and the dust was very invasive . They had to come and replace the window they put in with a whole new widow. It was such a process and nightmare. Then when I asked if they would consider the damage and hassle it caused in the final price they said no. Even if they offered a few hundred off that would have been nice.
From start to finish everyone involved with our project was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They delivered exactly what're was discussed and the end result was more than what we had anticipated. The time spent on our initial contract put us at ease because we were able to visualize what we were planning on doing. The entire team worked well together and worked very hard to make our dream come true I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to improve their home in any way.
We absolutely love our new windows from The Window Source of Eastern NC. We replaced every single window in our house with the Prairie Grid, and the work was done in a very professional and timely manner. We even took the suggestion to enlarge a living room window and add a window to our dining room door to brighten a dark space, and it's absolutely beautiful!
Tiffany and Terry were an amazing team in guiding us through the steps of replacing our two front doors. Tiffany was patient in presenting our ProVia door options, which took quite a while, due to the many lovely doors available for purchase.
