I loved the personal attention and advice we received so we could choose something we will be happy with for a long time.
The cost of the windows are definitely reasonable. We had 12 windows removed and replaced with new great windows in one day. The service was excellent. They replaced shutter screws when needed. We have no trees near the house so when direct sunlight would come in the house it would make the A/C unit work hard. Now we barely feel the sunlight come into the house. Much cooler. Also, looking forward to retaining the heat in the house during winter months. Next year the remaining 9 windows will be replaced.
Very professional and reliable
The Window Source of North Carolina did a great go of installing our new windows and sliding door. They were professional, courteous, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. What else should we say? The installation team was great and I am very satisfied with the new windows and door. I would highly recommend the Window Source of Eastern North Carolina.
We recently had our front entrance door replaced. We could not be more pleased with the product, the replacement, or the cost. Tiffany was so helpful in presenting the product that is perfect for the entrance into our home. The team as a whole are excellent and I would recommend them without question.
