Poor installation. No attention to detail and rushed the job. The windows don't slide smoothly or tilt out without scraping and were poorly insulated. I have installed a number of replacement windows so I know right from wrong. Installation for 12 windows was supposed to take 2 days but it took 5 hours. The installers were NOT going to insulate around the frames until I insisted. They refused to insulate the bottom of the frame to my satisfaction. They refused to install the top vinyl trim cap. We hired Windows Source to replace all our doors (4) and windows (20) including 1 large bay window. They also did our entire house in vinyl cedar siding. Our entire home was upgraded by WD. Service was incredible and install was perfect. We highly recommend Window Source.

We are very pleased with Window Source. We had two custom (short) sliders installed on our 75 year old cottage. From the meticulous measurements Gary took, the great work Leroy and Steve did installing the sliders, the professionalism of Andrea, to the determination Skip showed in making sure our door lock worked, we couldn't be happier with the result. The price was much better than other companies we looked into, as well. We highly recommend them!

Skip....what can I say...what a great job he did...came out measure the window, it being in a 1972 mobile home that had the ancient crank handle to open and close, hadn't worked in decades, it was a special order because of it'd pre-historic size...got it ordered, installed it after reframing the wall around it..came out very nice, answered a follow up question we had very promptly..The price was VERY reasonable and DIDN'T charge me for the follow up visit. From the first contact to the finished job, everything was perfect. They are responsive, professional and provide quality products, The two installers were amazing and respectful. They installed, kept everything clean as they went along, and when they left, you would have never known they were there (with the exception of beautiful windows). We received a lot for what we paid!
