Poor installation. No attention to detail and rushed the job. The windows don't slide smoothly or tilt out without scraping and were poorly insulated. I have installed a number of replacement windows so I know right from wrong. Installation for 12 windows was supposed to take 2 days but it took 5 hours. The installers were NOT going to insulate around the frames until I insisted. They refused to insulate the bottom of the frame to my satisfaction. They refused to install the top vinyl trim cap.
