We went to their office and the service desk was very professional and cordial and arranged a date for tech to come out and measure a fogged center fixed picture window in a bay with double hungs on either side. The techs came out (on time) a week later and verified measurements in 2 minutes, the office called next day and gave us the steps and timeline.
