I would give "zero" stars if that was an option. Horrible customer service and they try to retaliate if you give them a 1 star rating. Big red flag!
RecommendedWe recently had siding put on our house. Our house looks wonderful & so different. We recommend The Window Shop if you need to have any siding done. They do wonderful work & the workers are very friendly & let you know what they will be doing before they do it. WE are SO HAPPY with OUR NEW SIDING on our House... THANK YOU Mo, Jacob, Bradley
they did a fantastic job on our 11 windows (only 2 days) very pleased with the work and clean up afterwords. we already can tell the difference in our indoor environment. can't wait to see our reduced energy bill!!
Did excellent with our windows! Friendly and fast!
Have been trying for 9 months for them to come and replace a warranty window. If they answer the phone they always say they will check on it and call be back the next day never call back. Very poor customer service would not recommend.
