Jeff and Don have been amazing to work with and we couldn’t be happier with our choice for our deck. All I can say is make sure everything is complete and you’re happy before you pay the Window Professor. Same issue as a previous post it’s been over a year and I’m still getting the run around from the owner (Jeff) on a replacement screen that never fit correctly to begin with. After reaching out to him 4 different times I gave up. Poor customer service.

I recently had windows installed in an old farm house. Initially I was reluctant but they are marvelous! The fellows that installed them were professional and kind as could be. Highly recommend The Window Professor and his crew!
