All folks with Window Man were great. The installation went smoothly. When I pointed out a scratch I noticed on the glass, the installer immediately said the company would replace it. We trust Window Man to give us a great product and to treat us well.
TheWindowMan provided and installed several windows (Marvin double-hung + MonRay storms) and a door system, and all of their installations worked well. After 9+ years, one of the Marvin window tracks became jammed, and it was easy to get an appointment for the TheWindowMan to do the necessary service (at no cost, as the windows still had some warranty life left).
