Great job. Very efficient and professional.
I had 6 windows replaced. The work was done extremely well and I'm very pleased with how the windows look and how much better they seem to insulate the rooms that were affected.
We have been long-time supporters of Window Man and have recommended them to friends and neighbors because of their reputation for quality and integrity. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been disappointing. One of the windows installed by Window Man developed a serious leak. J.L. Came to give me an estimate on window replacement and refused to give me a breakdown of the quoted price. They charged a $50 fee for the estimate and then did not want to tell me how much I was paying for windows and screens. They also tacked a a “ Service fee” times four (4) without telling me what the service fee was for or how much the service fee amounted too.
