This used to be a good company, which I had good experiences with, however the fiberglass patio door we got from them was installed with the cheapest hardware and hinges I have ever seen. The order was for brass hardware, which was appropriate for an exterior door, however they did a bait and switch and installed cheap steel with a poor brass plate. I have been a customer of The Window Man for years. I have always received professional, timely and courteous service. The go to person for me at The Window Man is Ham. He’s the best in the business.
I had a 2nd measurement for my windows and it went extremely well. We discussed issues with installation that may come up due to certain configurations currently in place. We also discussed the install process and what to expect. I was satisfied with the answers and hope for successful install.
