We have been long-time supporters of Window Man and have recommended them to friends and neighbors because of their reputation for quality and integrity. J.L. Came to give me an estimate on window replacement and refused to give me a breakdown of the quoted price. They charged a $50 fee for the estimate and then did not want to tell me how much I was paying for windows and screens. They also tacked a a “ Service fee” times four (4) without telling me what the service fee was for or how much the service fee amounted too. We're having issues with follow through on warranty issues with our large Marvin Infinity sliding doors. This issue has been going on for 11 months. A plastic piece on the top rail seperated, which we thought was just a cosmetic; now we are having major condensation issues around the same area, so much so that our walls are moist and dripping directly above this defective piece. We notified the WM of the initial issue last July. Nine months later, and after much follow up on our end, the installers came to replace the piece.... read more
