The absolute worst My first experience with the Tom & Brandon consisted of me hiring an attorney to make them return to my home and remove and reset every single window in my house, all of which are under warranty. Repeated emails and phone call went unanswered. This recent incident happened on May 28 when a golf ball broke my large Bay Kitchen window, I contacted Brandon and he said he would order one since it was under warranty. I waited until June 19 & 20 to contact him since I had not heard from them. He finally answered... read more

Unprofessional – In November 2010, we contracted with the window man to replace windows in the front of our home. During the installation of the windows, we notice one of the windows had what appeared to be material (big smudge) inside the glass of the large over foyer window. We asked that the window be replaced with a defect free window. The Window Man was upset, stating that the window defect was "not his problem, its the manufacturer's problem."
