Happy with the installation. Was informed they crew would be there between 8-9 am. Numerous emails/calls to confirm I would be there. 9 am came and went and no one was there. Apparently installers didn't have my number!! 9:15 the office calls and said their internet and phone lines were down and the installers had car problems and were on there way and their eta was 45 minutes. 10:10 received a call from the installers (now they have my number!) and they said they would be at my house in 45 minutes. David is a salesman, yes, but trust him, he has an eye and the experience that will help you achieve the look you're going for. Ceasar is an artist and and a "yes" person, he will try to make you happy if he possibly can. Our new doors and windows are absolutely beautiful!! Everyone goes nuts when they see the upgrade.
