Long overdue review for this company. for a few years I have had windows installed in stages by the window factory for my home. I recently called them back to complete the remaining windows and my french door. superior quality and durability over the years.
the installation team were great, they did it all in a quick and timely way. my home feels great now with the extra silence from these windows. Back office are extremely respectful snd professional. My new black french doors look great with my casements thank you very much.

After 3 years since our initial purchase with the window factory and James has helped us with the second stage. completely happy at how everything came out with both projects. in total we needed to replace six windows and two sliding patio doors.
Helped my daughter interview a few window companies, we chose The Window Factory because of the turn around time to get the windows and doors. We needed 14 windows a patio door and a new bay window for the front of our home.
The window factory in Simi Valley completed a long awaited project I had in mind. Black windows and doors to match my santa barbera smooth stucco. Finished everything within 2 days. Waiting time was around 9 weeks for the products.
