Excellent quality of workmanship and easy to work with! We had a recent windstorm that caused a large crack in our Anderson windows and the repairman, Frank, came out and took measurements and we had our window fixed within a few days! Great pricing also!
I emailed the Window Factory to inquire about replacing window glass that turned foggy on an old Andersen casement window. Frank responded promptly, came out to measure and ordered glass. He came out on a Saturday to install and was done in 30 minutes. The glass looks great, and the price was very fair!
Frank replaced three of my foggy windows with great efficiency and care, and they look amazing now. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. He was professional and easy to work with, left the place completely clean like nothing had been touched, and his pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend Frank to anyone needing window repair or replacement!
