The installation of our windows was GREAT!! All the guys were friendly, respectful & knowledgeable .. They cleaned up the area & removed all the old materials!!!! Would highly recommend!!

Extremely impressed with Brad and his team from the Window Doctors who installed these windows. They were courteous and very professional. We have an older house so window frames aren't exactly square, but they made it look seamless. Excited to see how these windows perform throughout the seasons.
Customer service needs big improvement. Having to cancel to another day because of a WEATHER ALERT and living on a very windy corner, Tiffany was extremely rude. Then Marine Parker called arguing with me for 30 minutes! I was told I was job blocking and breaking a contract and would be charged the discount. I told him safety first, then 💯% job and I will call my attorney and his reply was I wasn't the first one that threatened him with an attorney.
