I would like to thank Donald from the window depot in Palm Harbor. Fl.My daughter had a defective hurricane glass which broke from the heat or stress .The Window Depot originally put the widows in back in 2013.My son in law contacted them, they went back and looked up the original size.Thank you Sam for the accurate measuring .Donald installed the new glass within an hour.This installer was phenomenal .Keep up the great work.
Window depot is so easy to work with. Their sales department is very efficient and explains everything. The installers were terrific. My door looks beautiful.
After vetting 6 contractors over 2 years, the Window Depot - Palm Harbor did a phenomenal job on my new doors and windows. They hit all the key ticks. It started with Sam S. in sales, starting with sales in assurance of their products (PGT windows, Provia doors). As installs can make or break any home remodel project, Eric and Shawn were outstanding. No communication. Can't get a call back, ETA for a replacement window, text or email for a window that was cracked and never installed. Its unfortunate that this business simply doesn't know how to provide customer service. We paid for a product. It arrived broken and now nothing. It's like they just don't care. 2 months and we still can't finish our bathroom. I cannot recommend this company based on this experience.
