Excellent installation crew. Hard-working, thorough, professional. Got here early and worked steady throughout the day. No breaks, no downtime. Did our entire house, all windows and 3 sets of sliders in 5 days.
We are very pleased with our new windows and doors. Sam the sales representative took the time to explain the process and answered all our questions. The installers Eric and Shaun were very efficient and polite. It took a few days to install 12 windows and 3 sliding doors. They left everything clean and put back any furniture they moved. We will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
Despite a couple of negative reviews from back aways, I found the people at Window Depot to be nothing but professional and truly easy to work with. I decided to give WD a call after two negative experiences with "Brand Name" window companies, who evidently mark their prices up a LOT, and engage in high pressure selling tactics, offering a "special discount" if I sign the contract TODAY.
