Worse service ever, first they are two day late on their delivery. They deliver broken windows. The deliver people unload, I found another broken window and try to exchange and they refuse. I order a frame and only deliver one part. All just a waste of time.
Excellent service..they do have order same day..affter we been waiting at home depot for more than 30 days.. They are highly recommended..very friendly staff
Trying a DIY kitchen reno. Shopped the prices and quality and Window Depot had the best of both for what we wanted to spend. Worked with Camden and he worked with us every step of the way. Probably went above expectations in some situations. To any other DIY'ers, make sure you tell them everything you need. We did not think to ask for moulding, toe kicks, and spacers bc we didn't know to ask. I would use Window Depot again.
I purchase some windows and that employee the take my order doesn’t know how to do at that end when I get a call to pick them up was everything was wrong only right was. Patio door because is. Standard size and I pay lot of money and they said can leave those windows in store because already pay now I don’t have windows that I can install and money is gone @ please don’t put people in front if they don’t have experience how to make orders don’t waste ur time and until you really know you employ complete training I don’t Reco... read more
