These guys really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with a replacement window for my bathroom. We were having mold issues in our bathroom and the window that was in the house wouldn't open properly so i decided to replace it. They helped me get the right window and gave me a window hundreds cheaper than the home improvement stores.
Awesome company to hire and to work with. Excellent company to get replacement parts etc..
The Window Depot said that they would call me 1/2 hour before they arrived. I left the house and ran to Home Depot. When I got back Window Depot was there and they never called me. Their deliver driver drove up on the freshly seeded lawn to save themselves 10' of walking. There were 2 people there to make the delivery. I let them know I was pretty upset and they leaned up the 4'x8' sliders against the wall an left. I spoke to the manager before the delivery and they were supposed to move them to the back of the house. I had ... read more
When you know what you want, this place is really having some good prices. Service wasn't so good though.
Spent 4k set up delivery a week a head of time. They said I would be the second delivery of the day I had to call twice, they couldn’t tell me when they would be there. I had to take off work for the delivery, they finally called once at 2pm I didn’t get the call so they didn’t delivery the windows so finally I call at 5 pm they said that it would be 3 more days before they could get them out because I missed the call. They don’t even give you a time window I guess you’re supposed to just hang out all day hoping they show up... read more
