Not much selection when it comes to countertops
Front desk was awesome willcall guys made me look and contact worker to recieve my dispatch order sheets so they can pull my order guy on forklift didn't want to talk to the guy working with him made me look for him I've been to all AZ locations and this one has the worst willcall customer service.
My last experience with Window Depot was an absolute nightmare! I was quoted 1 month for my windows but it ended up being 4 months after all was said and done. That's not including the 3 months it took me to get touch up paint. Nobody there knows what's happening and they never call anybody back when they say that they're going to follow up. I had to call the Milgard manufacturer 4 times in Temecula California for 4 different issues spread out over the 4 months to get things done. The manufacturer was fantastic! They too blo... read more
Jared (manager) helped me quickly and efficiently. He had my order complete in less than 45 seconds. I sent a picture of the the door I wanted and they had it at a great price! Great customer service. I am disabled.. he gave me a cold water and walked me to my car. My items are on will call for the contractor. I don't have to haul anything. Great experience!
