I went yesterday and a girl with long glittery fingernails that was missing some fingernails rang me up totally incorrectly, but I did not know that so my worker picked up the two doors this morning and installed them and I realized they are all the wrong doors. I was hoping to come to a resolution with this company, unfortunately due to my experience, I am left no choice but to leave this review. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Window Depot. Since 2023, I have repeatedly reached out regarding serious issues with my windows and have received little to no communication, follow-up, or resolution.
