In the last couple of months I have spent over $8000.00 in windows doors and are good quality. However about 3 weeks ago I purchased a vanity set and found out the sink was broken inside ena enclosed box. I called and they refused to accept it back because it was so called clearance. I mention to them that was not posted or told to us when we purchased it and furthermore on the receipt itself does not mention no return policy. They failed to meet my expectations. Window Depot has so much more building materials than just windows & doors and it's prices are very competitive. The staff is helpful but David is indispensable. Very knowledgeable & courteous.

I have been working with window depot for several years. I have completed several DIY installations on custom ordered windows from window depot and have never had an issue with any window I installed. David has always helped me out wit fantastic customer service. If I could give them a 10 I would. If you need windows I highly recommend Window Depot. Thank you to all of Window Depot staff for all your help.

Good selection, friendly service and good pricing. Will shop here for doors from now on instead of the big name stores.
