I have been working with window depot for several years. I have completed several DIY installations on custom ordered windows from window depot and have never had an issue with any window I installed. David has always helped me out wit fantastic customer service. If I could give them a 10 I would. If you need windows I highly recommend Window Depot. I took my elderly parents to purchase a door for their home. My parents selected a door and I was advised by one of the managers that it would be ready for pickup within 2 weeks. When I called for an update, the manager was unable to tell me where in the process, the door was. I was told that they would follow up with me but they never initiated a call.
