I took my elderly parents to purchase a door for their home. My parents selected a door and I was advised by one of the managers that it would be ready for pickup within 2 weeks. When I called for an update, the manager was unable to tell me where in the process, the door was. I was told that they would follow up with me but they never initiated a call. I got all my windows and couples door from here. Prices are way better than Home Depot…the only complaint I have is the door I ordered for my pantry was back ordered forever…
