Great experience top to bottom with Jordan at the Window Center. We received quotes from multiple companies, and appreciated the no-pressure, customer-oriented Sales approach above all. The process and outcome were just as promised, and we're very happy with the product (Marvin) and service provided. Highly recommend to anyone pursuing a significant replacement project in their home.
Top notch experience from start to finish. I pursued four quotes and did a lot of listening. The Window Center stood out above the rest for professionalism, information and reasonable quote. All went as I was informed along the way. Installation was seamless and much less invasive than I expected. The installers were excellent and left our home immaculate. They even went the extra mile to remove and re-install the wood blinds. Our four new lower level windows are beautiful! Thank you Window Center.
Excellent care from beginning to end. Needed a slider replaced, we had a few people come out to estimate and Jordan at the Window Center stood out from the rest. Responsiveness, knowledge, and understanding of our needs was top notch. I highly recommend!
We had The Window Center out for a quote. It was a great and comfortable experience as they don't use high pressure sales and they spend timer answering all of our questions. They gave us a competitive quote for fiberglass Marvin windows. If our budget would have allowed it, we would have gone with The Window Center.
The lock/latch on our patio sliding door broke. It was stuck closed and wouldn't unlock. The previous owners had the info from TWC who had installed the door back in 1999. I called, and Tim from their service department was able to find the 21 year old original order, identify the lock type, and walk me through how to get it unlocked over the phone and remove the broken mechanism.
