Window Authority was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. The sales rep Tony Gilbert was great and didn’t waste 3 hours of our time with the presentation like other companies do. They were honest, to the point, and extremely professional. Installation was flawless as well. I couldn’t recommend them any higher.
Windows authority finished the installation of our 20 windows in 2 days……Their work was very., efficient, clean and professional.! We’re very much looking forward to having these windows in our home and feel fortunate to have had this company do the work! The sales by Tony Gilbert and installation by Gustauf made it a pleasurable experience! I highly recommend this good company!
We got quotes from eight different window companies and these guys were by far the most knowledgeable and gave the least amount of pressure and a very reasonable cost. On top of that, 18 months after we had them installed, we thought there was a problem with one window and the owner was at our house within 24 hours and had the problem resolved very quickly.
Just called to get a quote on four window replacements in my old home they told me I didn't meet the criteria I need to buy more windows what kind of stuff does that not very good business purposes I think pretty crappy I think
Great group to work with. Installers were awesome and very considerate. Windows are beautiful Would recommend to everyone
