Window Authority was awesome! Gene runs a great business and his manager Gus did a great job on the install.
From start to finish a very professional experience. Tripp was very informative and came prepared to answer any and all questions. We had 3 companies come out to quote our project and The Window Authority earned our business. The entire crew run by Joel were polite and well versed in installation and left nothing behind. Finishing caulking was neat and clean. We would highly recommend The Window Authority
We expect GREAT service....especially when you're investing over $10,000 for a custom product into a $1million+ home. I had bids from two other well-known companies, I spoke with a representative from Window Authority, gave him some preliminary measurements of my windows, and what I wanted as to color. The other companies charged an upgrade cost to have the window frames a different color on the inside. Window Authority had no mark up and were 50 to 60 percent cheaper than the first two companies. I experience with Window Authority surpassed my expectations. Pricing and the quality for 10 large picture windows was the best vs 2 other companies. Our windows were 55 years old. During installation there was significant damage to the trim around most of the windows. Gene stepped in and split the cost of a costly repair. I spoke to Gene multiple times and he was always responsive. Gene is truly a man of integrity. I recommend him highly and will use him for the rest of the windows in our home.
