From the first sales contact to the final installation the Window Authority was a pleasure to work with. We had a total of 14 original aluminum windows replaced and a large new double-sliding door for our patio. I had 85-year-old original wood windows in deplorable condition. The Window Authority replaced them all (22 windows total) with gorgeous vinyl windows that perfectly fit the character of my home. The process was smooth from start to finish. The installation crew was exceptional—extremely efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and kept everything clean. Very, very impressed and pleased with this company and will recommend them to anyone needing windows.
