Six years ago I had windows installed. One window recently had an issue. With a text Gene had the window replaced. Great service, pricing and long term commitment!
From start to finish, The Window Authority was a great choice for our window replacement project. They replaced a total of 39 windows in various shapes and sizes. The install crew was friendly and professional. Communication was easy every step of the way. And the windows definitely enhance the look of our home. Highly recommend!
Can’t say enough great things about this company! Had Tony come out with no sales pressure to give us an estimate and it took about 30min. The price was extremely reasonable. They came out a few weeks later to install and installers were friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended!
One of the best install experiences EVER. From Tony, Sales Manager, to install crew with Antonio and the team of three, pure professional behavior and courtesy every step. I cringed at the thought of having my windows replaced however WA made it an outstanding experience start to finish. The window replacement process was painless! Tony their Sales guy was fantastic, he answered all our questions on the spot and is super knowledgable. Vistamark / Endura window products are well engineered and they have excellent NFRC ratings. Last but not least, the installation was breezy because they have an awesome installation team. Everyone involved was great and we had zero issues!
