Nice location
The front desk "manager" at this hotel is a sad excuse for one, and she was incredibly rude to a potential customer. I was trying to help friends plan a wedding when she hung up on me and transferred me to a number that doesn't exist. She argued with me and wouldn't let me get a word in. I haven't even stayed here. All I wanted was to help my friends have a wonderful wedding weekend. As someone with over 10 years in hospitality, I'm disappointed that a manager thinks it's acceptable to speak to people this way. My room key did not work and the hard copy of the key was off site and I had to wait for the manager to bring it. This was 11pm at night and I waited about 45 minutes to get in my room. This key issue happened earlier in the day and at that time I had to wait about 15 minutes to get in my room. Supposedly the lock was fixed. I got the room comped for the night after asking for it.
