Rooms were beautiful and spacious. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Only disappointing part was the lady at the check out was a bit unprofessional and looked like she wasn't interested in the job.
The room thermostat system was not working. I changed room and the same happen. I am not sure what type of heating systems they use, but don't really control temperature. This never happen to me in any other hotel. I had a terrible night.
Had a great time the bar is really nice and the show was awesome and everyone was great when we met them after the show
Concierge very unpleasant, lots of things broken including treadmills , no housekeeping. Buffet breakfast subpar.
